Now accepting nightly, weekly, and monthly reservations!!

Nightly rate is $50 Inland and $75 Waterfront and weekly rate is $$310 Inland $400 WF. Utilities are included.

Monthly inland rent is $650 (utilities not included)

Electric charges are based on usage and utilities are billed on top of the monthly rate

Monthly waterfront rent is $750 (utilities not included)

Marina Memberships are $35 per month.

Guests are $5 per person, per day, after the first 3 days.

Deposits for monthly rentals: $650 for inland sites and $750 for waterfront sites

Cancellations:  60+ days – 100 % of deposit returned minus $25 cancellation fee. / 30-60 days – 50%  of deposit returned. / >30 days – No deposit returned. No refund for early departure.
