Nightly rate is $50 and weekly rate is $305. Utilities are included.

Monthly inland rent is $505

Electric charges are based on usage and billed on top of the monthly rate

Monthly waterfront rent is $605

Marina Memberships are $35 per month.

Guests are $5 per person, per day, after the first 3 days.

Deposits for monthly rentals: $505 for inland sites and $605 for waterfront sites

We do not offer any refunds on reservations with less than a 90 day notice. 30% cancellation fee applies. Please call for seasonal rates!
